This was supposed to be the year. This was supposed to be the year that the Bulls were a contender or at least take a step in the direction. Coby White has been electric this year, Wendell is looking like a 6th overall pick, and the Bulls have some good depth/role players. Unfortunately, Lauri and LaVine can't play together, the defense still stinks, and Jim Boylen might be the worst mistake made in the GarPax era (not really but he's awful).
First of all, this Conehead moron installs a manual clock in the training facility for people to punch in and out. You have to be kidding me, nothing I'm sure NBA players want to o more than punch in and out of work like they're some miserable desk jockey like myself. This isn't college bozo, treat these guys like professionals.
Good thing we signed this guy to an extension so we can get off to a blazing hot start of 5-11 against one of the easiest schedules in the NBA. This goes to show the ineptitude of GarPax, let's extend a guy that players literally refused to show up to practice for, a guy that constantly throws star players under the bus and takes 0 responsibility, and a guy that has not shown a lick of improvement in his coaching ability or getting players to the next level. But, hey, he lost a lot of close games last year so he must be the coach of the future!!!!!! (idiots, everyone is in that organization sucks).
Then there is the fiasco that happened last night against the Heat. Yeah let's single out our star scorer and pull him for one defensive mistake. Let's blast him in the media and put that disaster of a 1st quarter squarely on him because he made a blunder. Even when you listen to LaVine talk, he was out there thinking through his defensive assignments and Jimmy made a good play.
"Trying to trust him." TRYING TO TRUST HIM. Literally a guy on your team (your top scorer) is trying to trust the Head Coach. What does that say about the state of the locker room? What does that say about how fed up these guys are with this clown? And you wonder why the team is only ahead of the Cave and the Hawks? Because no one wants to play for this coach. This team has entirely too much talent to be where they're at this point in the season. The players are giving up on the coach and GarPax won't do a damn thing because they just gave him a shiny new contract and the toddler the keys to a brand new car. Is it a Rolls Royce? No. But it's a new Honda, and that new Honda is going straight off the side of Lake Shore into the water.
