WELCOME BACK GRANDPA ROSSY! Haven't talked to much on this topic since this was pretty much figured out a month ago. Nevertheless, excited to see him back in the Cubs uni and in the dugout again.

Pretty much all the right things were said today, Ross will not be a "puppet", despite perception he was tough on his guys when he needed to be, and he is ready for the criticism that will come along with the job. Can't say I'm not a little worried but this has all the makings of that 2016 feel.
