This Sunday the Packers look to take the momentum from the Lions walk-off winner (sorry Trey Flowers) as they take on the Raiders at Lambeau. The Raiders are coming off a huge win in London over the Bears (you hate to see it).Ya boi will be in attendance for a noon kickoff and some 8 am sodas against a surprisingly decent Raiders squad after the AB CTE/helmet/Patriots debacle this summer. (Grandma I'm free, yep sure are buddy, a Free Agent).
Key Injuries:

Packers:
I might have to send Guety a DM this weekend and let him know I'm ready to line-up in the slot for the Green and Gold. DNP for our top 3 WR's and starting TE is not ideal. GB did go out and grab Ryan Grant (not to be confused with Practice Squad to 1000 yd RB RG) but the Veteran WR who spent a couple of games this season with the Raiders and worked out over the summer with Davante Adams and could provide some leadership to the group.
Another key loss in Darnell Savage has reared its ugly head. Amari Cooper had his way in the 2nd half against GB in the Cowboys come back effort a few weeks back and the Lions started the MNF with a 66-yard flea flicker to Golladay. Redmond has done a fine job but missing a stud safety like Savage in any game always hurts your creativity.
Jace Sternberger and Ibrahim Campbell were activated today off the IR and could return by week 9 to two groups that have been really banged up (Jace more so as an offensive weapon).
Raiders:
No real big injury news here for the Raiders coming off the bye. The only name that sticks out is WR Tyrell Williams which would be huge considering the absence of Savage in the secondary and the guy is burner. Reports are coming out saying the foot injury is not getting better and expectation would be he is out for the game.
KEY Match-ups:
Packers vs. Raiders Pass D
This one is pretty simple Raiders Pass D ranks 22nd in the NFL including 9 total sacks on the season which equates to 29th in the NFL (not good). What that means is 12 should have plenty of time to find someone open in our Practice Squad level WR corps. We have done a great job of finding Jones and Williams in the backfield but this would be a great chance for some of these other guys to prove themselves before we go out and get Emmanuel Sanders.

Josh Jacobs vs Packers Run D
No secret what the Raiders and every other team will try to do against the GB D. Attack deep and run the ball down our throat. As mentioned, Tyrell Williams is not expected to play this Sunday which means the Raiders will rely heavy on Darren Waller and Josh Jacobs. GB comes in 24th in YPG against the run. That being said they been much better the last the couple weeks holding Zeke to 62 and Kerryon to 34.

The O-Line did an awesome job last week vs the Bears allowing him to get free for 123. As was evident from the Eagles game, Kenny Clark needs to be big here or this game could be way too close for comfort and with Green Bay being banged up on offense we need the Run D to limit Jacobs and keep the ball in Carr's hand.
Prediction
This has the feeling of a very low scoring game. Raiders will go early and often with Jacobs hoping to soften the middle up for Waller and get the ball out of Carr's hand quickly much like they did against Chicago. As everyone saw in the 2nd half of that game against the Lions you have to be able to throw the ball deep or Pettine will stuff the box and bring the pressure. Derrek Carr is prone to make a mistake sooner or later will be costly in a game like this. A-aron will have all have all day to pick apart this D and if need be find the backs in the open field.
Final Score:
Green Bay 24
Oakland 13
